1. 適用とLocal-first
Synka Teamが提供するSynka Diaryでは、思い出・アルバム・写真・デザインを原則として端末内で管理します。独自アカウントや日記全体の自動クラウド同期はありません。以下の任意機能や外部SDKでは、必要な情報が端末外へ送信される場合があります。
2. カレンダーと写真
許可された端末カレンダーを読み、過去の予定から思い出を作る入口として使用します。写真の候補は予定の時刻と、利用可能な場合の位置情報に基づき端末内で検索します。カレンダーを書き換えません。許可は端末設定で変更できます。写真の限定アクセスでは閲覧できる候補も限定されます。
選んだ写真だけをアプリ管理領域へコピーします。元の写真を削除しても、アプリのコピーは残ります。予定は思い出の保存時にスナップショットとして記録され、カレンダー側の後の変更には自動追従しません。
3. 広告
一部の書き出しやAIお試しにはGoogle AdMobのリワード広告を使用します。広告配信・測定・不正防止のため、Google等が端末識別子、IPアドレス、広告との操作情報などを処理する場合があります。必要な地域では同意・プライバシー選択の案内に従ってください。利用可能な場合、アプリの設定から広告のプライバシー設定を開けます。
4. 購入
App Store / Google PlayとRevenueCatを通じて購入状態を確認します。RevenueCatの匿名ユーザーID、購入・サブスクリプションの情報等を利用します。Synka Diaryがカード番号を直接取得することはありません。
5. 任意のAI処理
AIを実行するときだけ、確認画面で示す範囲の文章・タイトル・日時・場所、またはアルバムの構成件数とデザイン指示をSynkaのバックエンドへ送信し、OpenAI APIで処理します。AI v1では写真・サムネイル・画像バイトをAIへ送りません。デザイン生成では日記本文や位置情報も送りません。
利用回数管理・購入確認・不正防止のため、端末のインストール識別子やRevenueCat識別子等を使用します。バックエンドはハッシュ化した識別子、利用件数、アクション種別・時刻などを記録します。アプリのAI利用記録に日記本文や提案本文は保存しません。OpenAI等の事業者側の処理・保持には各社のポリシーが適用され、保持が一切ないことを保証するものではありません。
6. バックアップ・PDF・お問い合わせ
バックアップやPDFはユーザー自身が生成し、共有先を選んで保存・送信します。バックアップは写真や日記を含むため、安全に保管してください。Synka Diaryが独自のクラウドへ自動保管することはありません。メールでのお問い合わせには端末の種類、アプリのバージョン・ビルド、プランが下書きに含まれます。送信前に確認・編集できます。サポートでは対応に必要なメール内容を利用します。
7. 管理・連絡先・変更
権限は端末設定、購入は各ストアで管理できます。アプリのアンインストール等で端末内データが失われる場合があります。端末外へ書き出したファイルは保存先で管理・削除してください。本方針に変更がある場合は本ページを更新し、必要に応じてアプリ等でもお知らせします。個人情報の取り扱いについては [email protected] へご連絡ください。

1. Scope and local storage
Synka Team provides Synka Diary. Memories, albums, photos and designs are primarily stored on your device. There is no separate Diary account or automatic cloud sync of your diary. Optional features and third-party SDKs may send the information described below outside your device.
2. Calendars and photos
With permission, the app reads device calendars to help turn past events into memories. Photo suggestions are searched on device using event times and available location metadata. The app does not modify calendars. Manage permissions in device settings; limited photo access limits suggestions.
Only selected photos are copied to app-owned storage. Those copies remain after the library originals are deleted. Calendar details are saved as a snapshot when you save a memory; later calendar changes do not automatically change it.
3. Ads
Some exports and AI trials use Google AdMob rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses and ad interactions for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Follow consent and privacy choices where required. Ad privacy settings are available in the app when the SDK requires them.
4. Purchases
App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat manage purchase status. Anonymous RevenueCat identifiers and purchase/subscription information are used. Synka Diary does not directly receive payment card numbers.
5. Optional AI
Only when you run AI, the text, titles, dates and places identified in the confirmation screen, or album structure counts and design instructions, are sent to the Synka backend and processed with the OpenAI API. AI v1 does not send photos, thumbnails or image bytes to AI. Design generation does not send diary text or location.
Installation and RevenueCat identifiers support usage limits, entitlement checks and abuse prevention. The backend records hashed identifiers, usage counts, action types and timestamps. Its AI usage records do not store diary or proposal text. Provider-side processing and retention remain subject to provider policies; we do not promise zero retention.
6. Exports and support
You create backup files and PDFs and select where to save or share them. Backups contain your photos and diary, so store them securely. There is no automatic upload to a Synka cloud backup. Support email drafts include platform, app version, build number and plan; you can review or edit before sending. Support uses your email content to respond.
7. Control, contact and changes
Manage permissions in device settings and purchases with the store. Uninstalling the app may remove local data. Manage or delete exported files at their destinations. We update this page when the policy changes and provide additional notices where appropriate. Contact [email protected] about data handling.
